Smarty charge

Hello!

I left England on July 7 and I thought I had canceled the monthly Smarty charge, but today money was still deducted from my account. Even though I’m not in the country and won’t be back anytime soon.

How can I get a refund to my card?

    Saniya97​ Sounds like you left the auto-renew turned on in your account dashboard.

    You can get into it and turn it off - it is on by default.

    You can try asking Smarty Support for a refund via web chat.
