Smarty App won't log in (S22 Ultra)
Both myself and my wife have Smarty accounts and the latest Smarty App. I have a Samsung S25Ultra and my wife has the S22Ultra which up until now both have been able to log in to the app. Mine work...
The team are aware of some log in issues for users at the moment. We are working on getting this fixed asap however a work around at the moment is to keep the APP uninstalled and use the website. We also advise typing passwords in manually as there has been some reported issues with auto-fill causing issues with log in.
Same for me too. I have a Samsung S10 5G. Can log in online, but not on the app. Has anyone found a solution for this?
