Can I use sme number on 2 phones?
Not at the same time, no.
IIRC, Vodafone offered this service some years ago, but no longer.No UK network currently offers such a service.

hello, is it possible to get another sim card for my car with the same number?
Saulius_1248561 Unfortunately not. You can only have one sim with one number at a time.
As JJP2 has said, the same number can't be simultaneously used in 2 phones, but the SIM can be taken from one unlocked phone to another. I guess that's not quite what you want.
