SIM replacement activation
Hi,
My SIM card has got damaged, and I need to activate a new one.
I need to keep the number as well as my plan.
I would like to ask about the £20 Amazon gift vouchers for reference and a refund I meant to received some time ago.

Ok, so have you ordered a replacement SIM by following the instructions here? If not, that's what you'll need to do - you can't just pick up a SIM in a shop for this situation.
