Sim problem
I can receive call and texts but unable make calls since my new sim was installed

When I joined I had to reset the network settings so I’d recommend doing that. Also ensure the correct number is showing under the phone’s settings.

1. Check your Account dashboard to ensure active sim and Smarty plan showing.
2. Take out sim and clean carefully with tissue then reinstall in phone.
3. Perhaps do a network reset to ensure that sim is registering properly to network.
4. If none of this works, you may need a web chat with Smarty Support team.

- Because this is a new phone to me although not a new phone as such. I don’t know if the problem is with the SIM or the phone. I’m unable to make any calls on 4g/3g whichever is available although I can receive calls and send and receive text messages. I don’t know who to contact to sort this problem out. Can you help me please?
