Signal Strength & Network

Hi, can any one help.

My signal strength shows as full, but in network selection it shows lowest out of all available networks. Why?

Also when i run a speed test it thinks my provider is Vodaphone. Why?

Why is service so slow and why is it saying im on vodaphone when smarty is selected under available networks?
