Shop brought sim
Please help me! I've been waiting for my sim to arrive but as my previous plan had expired and I'm changing my number hence new SIM and account so I brought one from the shop but I can't activate it. What do I do pi?

Normally a new SMARTY SIM is activated in one of two ways:
- Login to your SMARTY account, and activate the new SIM from your account's dashboard.
- If you don't have a SMARTY account, visit the online page https://smarty.co.uk/activate.
If these options fail, as MSF said, start an online web chat to get assistance from the support team.

Best to have a web chat with Support so that they can set your account to the new sim.
