davidma_1452134&nbsp; You need to check the the router APN is set to mob.asm.net.You will need to get into the Settings for the router - perhaps check the manual. Sometimes you can input 192.168.1.1 into the browser url bar plus the username and password for the router and then change it - depends upon the brand.

Took the sim out of the .mobile router, put it in my phone to set the apn,&nbsp; but still no good. Thanks

davidma_1452134&nbsp; I don't expect it would be because the device (in this case your router) needs to have the correct APN.What you describe has only set the correct APN for the phone - it does not reside on the sim.

Thanks. Being a bit thick, how can I change it on the router? Where the interface for me to enter it? As you can tell, I'm not very good with this stuff.&nbsp;

davidma_1452134&nbsp; I did give you that info on 02/09/2024 at 10:27 above.The interface is your browser and you need to input the setting that takes you to the router home page. I explained that it comes in the format of 192.168.1.1 but those numbers may not apply in your situation - you need to read the user manual to find out.
