Restrictions from 3 network

I use the smarty sim in a 4g house router due to my rural location and have found that adult listed sites are now blocked by the 3 network. There are no restrictions through the router or through the smarty dashboard and I have re-verified my age. I am not a direct customers of three so have no account with them to open the restrictions.
What can I do?

    So, you have disabled the adult content filter and you're still seeing sites blocked? Did you restart your device after the filter was disabled?  I would suggest getting in touch with the web chat so they can troubleshoot this for you as normally once the content filter is removed then restrictions are lifted.

    you can use a VPN to bypass the website blocking
