Requesting a new number
Hi. I’ve had a sim that my son has been using for about 3 months. He’s just asked me if he would be able to get a new number as he’s getting a few calls that he doesn’t want. I haven’t the slightest idea of how I can do this! Does anyone know if I can do this and how I go about it!!

You just need to start a web chat with Smarty support, they'll be able to issue your son with a new number.
