Reinstating my daughter to my group account
My daughter's account is still showing on the dashboard on my group account, but as closed which is correct as she left when she got a new phone with data package. I now want to reinstate her to the group, but do I 'Add an existing Smarty account' or 'Add a new SIM'?

Thank you for reaching out to our SMARTY community forum!
If your daughter cancelled her plan and left SMARTY, she would need to create a new account. An account cannot be reinstated once it has been terminated.
Once your daughter has created a new account, you can send the invite link to help them join your group plan.
