Register date of birth
Hi, Does anyone know how I can register my date of birth so I can then request a PAC code? As far as I know I have not even registered my DOB and I can't request a PAC code because my DOB doesn't w...
All customers are required to enter their DOB before a SIM is sent to them, this is a requirement and you would not be able to get a SIM sent without adding this information to the sign-up form.
If you are having difficulty receiving your PAC code, you can reach out to our webchat team and we will send this to you via SMS.
