Register date of birth
Hi,
Does anyone know how I can register my date of birth so I can then request a PAC code?
As far as I know I have not even registered my DOB and I can't request a PAC code because my DOB doesn't work.

All customers are required to enter their DOB before a SIM is sent to them, this is a requirement and you would not be able to get a SIM sent without adding this information to the sign-up form.
If you are having difficulty receiving your PAC code, you can reach out to our webchat team and we will send this to you via SMS.

jamesph_2354770 Assuming that you are a UK citizen your DoB appears on your birth certificate, passport and other official government paperwork.
When you say it doesn't work, have you tried different ways to input the date? e.g. dd/mm/yy or dd/mm/yyyy
