Hi here refund never arrived this peoples is scammers 100 email not sorted out money never  come back awful poor service scammers scammers scammers

    ArlitaSu_763436  That is not the experience of the many customers who stay with Smarty.

    A scam occurs when someone deliberately fools you into parting with money for nothing. If you suggest that 100 emails were not replied to, then I suggest you raise a formal complaint. At a later date if it is not sorted out, you would have the option of taking the issue to an ombudsman, but I doubt it would come to that.
