Hi, i have referred a friend to smarty, they have activated their sim card and have also activated the 2nd sim card sent along side their own. Therefore i have introduced 2 new customers to your network so will i be able to claim 2 vouchers?

My guess:
Person A refers a friend with their link
Person B activates the SIM they have
Person B/C activates (what sounds like) the BONUS SIM - but using the LINKIf in both cases the same referral link was used during activation then it would be 2 referrals. If the link was only used for the 1st SIM ONLY, then it counts as 1 referral. As JJP2 mentions better to check with the reps how it works in your case.
I assume that each 'activation' following the link counts as a referral but someone can correct me if not!
By 'following the link' i mean placing an order for the plan online, or activating an existing SIM already bought.This is the Smarty community forum, populated by Smarty users like yourself.
You would need to contact an agent via webchat for clarification. It would depend on whether your personal referral code was used once or twice. Each time the code is used counts as one referral.
Scottbe_1871877 Not sure about your interpretation here. You introduced another person and then they also activated a second sim - the same person though? That makes one customer I think.
