Refer a friend
I used the link to setup my account but I don't think it has worked as when I setup my daughters account afterwards I noticed a banner along the top saying you have been referred by xxxxx which wasn't on mine.

SHARONH_2925701 Then you will need to take this up with Smarty Support team via web chat so that they can check. Give them full details.
