Will unlimited data month pass last full month if I pause auto-renew.

Just assumed that UK Unlimited data pass would last until 30 days was up.
Not great. Suppose I should have just selected extra £3 unlimited from the start, but thought 100GB would be enough for first month as there was more than half a month of wired broadband plan left.
Data add-ons only work when your base plan is active since they’re designed to give you extra data on top of your main plan. If your base plan isn’t active, there’s no service for the add-on to connect with, so unfortunately, it can’t be used.
So - many years in and this is still a problem for Smarty users. This would indicate your documentation is unclear as this is a recurring issue.
How about being clear about expiry on data passes? You have a distiction between add-ons and passes but you seem to think they mean the same thing.
