I recommend prefacing this with "001" and that should work.

    MelBrow_2007939  Have you considered an Esim, f your phone accepts this? It is much cheaper. You then make calls via an app like WhatsApp - lots of people are on that app and many companies advertise the fact that(especially if dealing with tourists).
