Does anyone at SMARTY offer support here? All the posts I've seen are all very old. My question, have a smarty sim in a spare phone, ordered two new sims for other family phones. When I tried settin...

It is possible to get support via the web chat service. Initially you deal with a chat bot but should see the option to 'speak' to an agent. This is not an instantaneous reply service though.
If you have a Complaint, there is an option to be called or receive an email.
MSF, luckily, the e-mail address still works regardless. I presume that they merely wish to discourage it.
