If the two sims have not been set up with accounts, then there will be no charge as far as I am aware.
I don't see that e-mail address listed there anymore.

rokejulianlockh I always do tag people in when I reply to them.
It is possible to get support via the web chat service. Initially you deal with a chat bot but should see the option to 'speak' to an agent. This is not an instantaneous reply service though.
If you have a Complaint, there is an option to be called or receive an email.

MSF, luckily, the e-mail address still works regardless. I presume that they merely wish to discourage it.
