Random dropping of calls
Unitysounduk Well, there is no 'compatible' list, just an incompatible list, but I don't think it's comprehensive.
Ultimately, if these issues started when Three's 3G switch off started, and you seem to have decent signal strength where you are, and SIMs from other networks are not having an issue, it does point to incompatibility with Smarty's VoLTE probably being the issue.
Before the 3G switch-off, did your S23 used to drop down to 3G when you made or received calls?
No my s23 ultra didn't drop to 3g when making calls
Both phones are compatible with voLTE calls both s23 and s24 ultra
They happen for incoming and outgoing calls it randomly happens sometimes I'm able to make a call for 30 minutes without it happening sometimes after 5 minutes it will drop and I have to ring back
Unitysounduk As I mentioned, being compatible with VoLTE, and being compatible with Smarty's specific VoLTE configuration, are not the same thing.
Have you noticed any common theme with the dropped calls? For example, do they always happen after a certain amount of time? Are they always incoming/outgoing calls?
