You will need a web chat with Support Team. However, if your sim has been deactivated, then it may be that your number has also gone.
Did you use the service after topping up on 28/07/2025?
You say no notice was given - did you check Junk/Spam folder?
I'm pretty sure that no notice given because i check mailbox many times a day (even spam folder) I didn't use the service after topping up because i'm outside the UK.
Can you please send me link to chat with Support Team (i'm able to chat with bot only and nothing resolved). My account on Smarty app still show my number 07xxxxxxxxx so my number hasn't gone.

when you say 'after topping up' are you paying SMARTY each month for the service? I'd recommend speaking to one of the webchat team for advice here, the plans are supposed to be for short-term usage abroad.
