joining Smarty, life of SIM deals.
DavidB-3335558 The plot thickens!! There is an article about it from way back: https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/5390803-improving-the-security-of-your-account-through-multi-factor-authentication so it's most odd that I haven't seen it either as I've been customer for a long time.
How do I message an employee to get a definitive answer?

2 factor authentication commonly appears on new devices, or if you havent logged on in a while. If you are logging onto a remembered device it may not prompt.

Rebekah_150 Not sure you can, other than via web chat with Smarty Support or as a Complaint that may reach further up the management chain.
That said, you did get a response from an employee - Rebekah_150 the Moderator I believe works for the company.
