Internet in a motorhome. Can i use my sim card from my phone

It all depends upon how much internet data you need.
When you buy a Smarty plan, it will have an amount of data. You can link your computer/device to your phone (it's called tethering), using the phone as a'mobile hotspot'. You can then use data up to the limit on your plan - or else buy an add-on if necessary.
I have a Huawei router in my Motorhome with Poynting mimo antenna on the roof and use a mobile sim in that, so yes you could use your phone sim in a router as long as you don’t mind swapping the sim about.
