Charges Query

Hi there, I've topped up £10 for out of plan add on. Smarty has taken that and 2 subsequent additional payments of £1 each Is this an error and will it be resolved? Any assistance appreciated...

    If the additional payments are not returned within a day or so, you should raise this with Support Team via web chat as they can look into your account.

    Don't suppose you were also trying to remove adult content restriction at the same time? That could account for the £1 deduction that should be refunded in short order.

Thanks MSF. both were taken same day as the add-on so assumed it was a holding amount but why would you need that if you already took the £10?

I removed all restrictions too so maybe that's it.

Will wait and see.

    Hi Matthew_Kendall . If you remove restrictions, I think it is the system that takes the £1 as a check on the card belonging to you, so perhaps that does explain it. You should still have it refunded though.
