Hi @Christo_2934468 unfortunately we don't currently support voice shortcodes. We currentlyonly support free and chargeable SMS shortcodes.
Customers really should be notified in advance, and it made very clear on the website, as I couldn't find reference to this anywhere. It's a really poor customer experience.
