Account paused for no reason.
Woke up this morning not being able to make calls or texts. I logged onto my smarty app using WiFi and it says account paused. All my payment details are up to date and I even re added them again to ...
I also had exactly the same problem, took ages to get through on the chat, they said they could see the payment and it should resolve itself. I could make calls but no data.
Mid morning I received a text and email confirming my payment, rebooted the phone and everything was working again, somewhat annoying.
