Hi, not sure if your problem has been fixed yet, I have encountered the same problem yesterday and below is my solution.
My phone is a Samsung Android phone. As you haven't mentioned which phone you are using, if your phone is not on the imcompatible list as mentioned in below replies and it's an Android phone, you may try below steps.
- Go to Settings.
- Search for "reset".
- There should be an option says "Reset network settings".
- Tap "Reset network settings".
- Tap "Reset settings".
- Wait for a minute and there will be a pop up says "Network settings reset."
- Restart your phone.
After doing this, the voice call function should work.
*IMPORTANT: Please note that by doing this all your Wifi and bluetooth settings will be reset also, so it's better to back up any Wifi password needed and any paired bluetooth device will need to be paired again.
