I’m new to Smarty. Have a rolling calling & 30GB data plan. Recently in Sweden I sent a few texts and made 1 brief call to a UK mobile. I got text from Smarty ‘It’s max £2.50/min to call, £1/min to receive calls ….. You need a cash add on to make & receive calls’    I understood this was included in my plan. Is it just a generic warning message?

    09badger​ Are you by any chance on a cruise ship? I have had those messages and they usually kick in when I lose the standard network. I think it may be the cost for using the ship's satellite connection.
