Network Connectivity

Need some help! Just came back from Ireland and ever since I've been back my phone keeps doing this thing where it'll go onto emergency calls only until I turn on and off airplane mode, and that seems to fix it until it does it again, happens a couple times a day but it's quite annoying, anyone know what's happening? I've noticed as well on occasion when I try to call people, even when it says I have perfect signal, it says server unreachable, if anyone knows what's wrong please let me know how to fix it, thanks!

    We’re truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve both been experiencing, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. To assist further, could you please try the following steps and see if they help to resolve the issue you’re facing:

    Roaming profile didn’t reset

    • Reset network/carrier settings.
    • iPhone: Settings → General → Transfer or Reset → Reset → Reset Network Settings
    • Android: Settings → System → Reset → Reset Mobile Network Settings

    Travelling can leave your phone using temporary roaming settings, causing “emergency calls only” or “server unreachable.

    SIM provisioning issue

    • Physical SIM: remove and reinsert, or replace it at your carrier.
    • eSIM: delete and re-add the profile.

    A loose or corrupted SIM (physical or eSIM) can cause the phone to lose network registration.

    Wrong network mode after travel

    • Ensure Network Mode is set to 5G/4G (Auto) or LTE Auto. Avoid 3G/2G-only modes.

    Your phone may still be using bands or modes from abroad.

    Software issue

    • Check for a system update and install any carrier settings update.

    An OS or carrier settings update may have caused the problem.

    Did either of you find a solution to these issues, please?  I'm on the point to moving to another provider, as I'm having the same issues and can't keeping having to reboot my phone and continually being kicked out of calls mid conversations.

    This is happening to me yoo. At my whits end and ready to swirch networks. It stops workung at the most inconvenient times. It is since i got back off holiday too
