Purchased an Add-On to call International. It Hasn't Been Applied
I purchased an add-on so I could make an international call.
My bank card was charged, but the add-on does not appear on my Smarty account and I'm unable to make the call.
How do I resolve this?

Hi is the credit showing in your account when you go to dashboard add ons or have they charged you and you have received nothing
?
