Hi, New to Smarty on a 30gb data plus extra for one year 30gb so 60gb in total. The app dashboard only shows 30gb allowance, how to I get the extra 30gb?
Any guidance much appreciated.
From memory, I think that the system sometimes does do that for a while.
Why not have a web chat with the Support Team so that they can check your account and ensure you get the right plan? I'm sure it will be sorted for you.

Did you activate/start the plan today? When I changed to a promotional plan, my dashboard didn’t show the correct allowance until the following day.
