Problems with billing!
How the hell do I get through to SMarty as problem on my billing. All I get is irrelevant articles - losing the will to live

When you say problems with billing, do you mean that you have the wrong Smarty plan? There is no billing as such because they offer pre-paid monthly plans and don't bill for anything else.
