Possible account hack
I've had an email and a text saying my payment details are about to expire, but my bank card is not, so why am I being asked to go to my account and update info?

Chrissie_370623 On this Community Forum, we are customers like you and do not have access to your account information.
For that reason, you will need to web chat with Smarty Support to ask what has happened.
