Porting my old smarty no.
Hi i lost my previous smarty sim and would like get my old no. back. How do i go about doing this?

HaroonM_3870020 It depends upon how long ago you lost it.
If it was well over 6 months ago, then the sim will have been deactivated and the number is now lost and will be recycled.
If it is more recent, you should be able to see the number as active in your account dashboard. You can then order a specific Replacement Sim which you will then activate according to the instructions and then buy a new plan.
