Phone calls stopped working

I noticed that making calls from my mobile was a problem as very few calls were being connected. Now none at all are connecting. If I call my number it sounds as if it's ringing but the actual phone ...

I feel very aggrieved about this. So do I need to go to a different service provider? I'd like to port my number

    FevziHus_650728  Have you completed a Network Status check first to see if there is a lock mast fault.

    As you have seen in another thread that you posted on, some phones are no longer working since 3G has been turned off by Three.
