Payment!!

I purchased daughters SIM card in April and I didn’t save bank details and auto renew isn’t on as I was to top it up as and when needed.  When I look at my payments online it says “you currently have no payment methods set up” yet every single 20th of each month since £20 has come out of my card even though I have no payment details saved so smarty have clearly saved them themselves and I don’t know how to turn it off as it says I have no payment methods set up!! Please help

    MeganNi_2672724  Did you start a separate account for your daughter? Have you checked that account rather than your own?

    If you joined her to your group when you signed her up, the payments would come from your saved details and that's how Smarty would have the details saved.

    If none of the above applies, then you need to web chat with the Support Team to investigate.
