Payment renewed. Now saying failed yet money gone from bank
Got a message about payment not received. Set up new payment. Payment taken from bank , payment showing on smarty app....then I get text saying payment failed .....something not right . Is it a scam ?

AndrewW_2749244 The main point is - do you have mobile service? If payment had failed totally, you would be cut off without service.
