We are not Smarty staff (and it wouldn't hurt to be polite to them as well - it costs nothing!)

Sometimes there can be a BIG delay before you receive the message with your p/word reset link RUPERTGU_158598.
In addition, sometimes the message gets stored in your Junk or Spam folder, not your Inbox.
