PAC

Hi. I just joined Smarty. I gave my PAC code when I ordered my SIM, but not when I activated. Now I can't find any way to confirm that they will change my number! The chat bot is taking me round in circles. Help!

    mickeyre​ Did you not get an email confirming expected transfer date when you gave your PAC code?

    Check your junk/spam folder. Also worth checking your Account Dashboard.
