PAC problem
My partner is also joining Smarty but when he’s entered his PAC code and number he wants to transfer it comes up [Object Object] when he presses submit. And nothing else happens.

Does this happen in the SMARTY app and the online dashboard (from a web browser)?
You should also be able to submit a PAC using the online web chat at https://smarty.co.uk/contact. The support team are available 8am - 8pm daily to assist.

It sounds like the SMARTY website might be 'broken' ChrisFo_1922294.
