Pac code

Hi, i lost my previous phone and simbcard and cannot access my smarty account linked to that number so i cant request a pac code. I have a new smarty sim and phone and have a new account but i need access to my previous number, how can i get the pac codebfor a lost mobile if i cant access my old account dashboard due tobnot having access to the number to get the security code and the number is also linked to my gmail and facebook so cant access them either?

    waynedargie​ I assume that the previous phone was also with Smarty. You could web chat with Smarty Support to request a specific replacement sim (if it was less than six months ago that you last bought anything that sim account) - they may need to go through some security to check your identity.

    You cannot use a PAC code to move from one sim to another within the same network though.

    I realise that this is not much comfort, but you should immediately report a sim as lost or stolen because it is then blocked.They then send a replacement to you.
