PAC code
Trying to get a PAC code from you. But you won't allow the tex message to go through

You can also do the following.....
Go to your "Account settings". You'll find this by logging in and clicking on "Menu" on the top right corner of your dashboard. Click on "Manage plan" and under “Leave SMARTY", follow the steps to request a PAC. You'll receive an email and SMS with your code and it'll also be visible at the top of your dashboard.
I'm not sure but maybe the text won't got through as SMARTY doesn't support 'short codes'?

That’s odd - As MSF says, on this forum, we are customers just like you, we don’t work for Smarty.
Normally sending ‘PAC ddmmyy’ to 65075 gets you a PAC code within 60 seconds
ddmmyy is your birthdate

Did you try requesting a PAC via your account dashboard if you say that the text would not send?
