PAC code trouble
hi there I hope someone can help I have purchased a smarty sim which I purchased from a store in which I entered a pac code from my original phone provider but I had problems activating the sim , when choosing a smarty plan it redirected me to buying a plan & posting me the SIM card through the post which I did . When the sim came from the post i activated & tried to use the pac code but it kept saying error so I contacted my original phone provider & they said the pac code had been used on the the first smarty sim I purchased from the store so i manage to get the first original sim purchased from the store activated & tried to insert the pac code once again but same thing error the problem now is the pac code is now been used on the store SIM card but the number is still a smarty number not my original number so I want to know if the number will switch over or is my pac code lost in the smarty system because my original provider can’t generate a new pac code as smarty have taken it ? Sorry for the long drawn out question many thanks.

DelroyS_3775226 Unfortunately, you will need a web chat with Smarty Support to try and sort this out.
