Old phone number not transferred

How do I contact  smarty about  the time it's taking  to transfer  my old number

    Web chat seems to be a waste of time, So, how else can Smarty be contacted i.e someone to speak with...

    I just seem to go around in circles when I'm trying to get help. I ordered 2 SIMS and started plans. One SIM didn't arrive so after 4 days I ordered another which came the next day. I activated both SIMS and expected the original number to be there as requested during original setup. It was due to change on 22nd January as our old contract finished on 24th. Now I'm told the numbers won't be restored until 27th January. We're swapping internet providers on Tuesday when everything is app based - I'm slightly concerned that what I thought I had planned well is not going to work
