O2 phone number didn’t transfer

Hi , new to Smarty and my O2 number hasn’t transferred. I was given a new number when ordering and had a PAC code that’s gone through its saying it’s transferred how when I go into setting the original number is still against O2 and not working. Data is ok via the Smarty provided number. Any help appreciated.
