Numbers such as 61888

Why can I not send messages to numbers such as this, on the rare occasion I have tried to entrée completions which require sending a text message, the message always fails to send

i have tried following instructions which suggest keying in a code and it never works.

is there a way to fix this or do I need to change my network provider ?

    Your Smarty Plan only includes calls to standard UK landline or mobile numbers and, unless you have some extra credit on your account to pay for other types of call/text etc, they will fail.
