Number transfer issue
Hi.
I set up a new iphone with the new sim and got the ok on an old number transfer. My friends see temp number not my old number that I transferred. Is it settings?

I’m having an identical issue. I have done all this and even network reset does not work. Does anyone else have any other options to fix this, please? 🙏🏻
Try manually changing the number under Settings>Apps>Phone>My Number the new sim may have set the temporary number.
JamesMc_2959415 Advice as per SmartyTrousers . If this is still not enough then also log out of FaceTime and then back on again, finally you may need a Network Reset in Settings.
Yes. Assuming you're on iOS 18, go to Settings > Apps > Messages. Toggle off 'iMessage', wait 10 seconds, then toggle it back on again. Tap 'Send & Receive', and with a bit of luck you should see your correct phone number with a blue tick next to it after a few seconds.
