Number port keeps getting put back a day
I have started the port process and was given a date of today, which never happened. I looked on my online account earlier and it said now tomorrow, i have just looked again and it now says the 6th. Every other mobile company i have ever used as ported my number within 24hrs.
Not a great start, and i am wondering if i have done the right thing switching to Smarty.

Did you ever get this sorted? I'm trying to port over 2 numbers at the moment so hoping for an easy switch..

Yeah, that doesn't sound great Newton.
OFCOM's rules for mobile number switching say you're entitled to compensation for each day the number transfer is delayed, although that's probably not much consolation, but it's the only stick you've got.
What date & time did SMARTY Mobile accept your PAC submission?
