Not the plan i have picked!?
Hi,
I have changed a new plan based on the offer on my Smarty page which is 32GB for £7, but strangely I got 15GB for the same price. Do please i need your help to change today because it is supposed to start on the 8th March 25.

The 15GB was a Black Friday deal which I’d signed up for, I too then took the email offer to upgrade to 32GB for the same price but it wasn’t active from the date given in the email. I had to call, even then it wasn’t implemented on that date but should be next billing cycle with an offer of 17GB add-on for this month.
